Each massage session is tailored to your individual needs. More time allows for more attention and focus to areas of chronic pain, tension and/or overall relaxation. The goal is to bring your body, mind and spirit into balance so you can recharge all of your systems. When our bodies are in a state of relaxation, we can heal more efficiently. Each session can include the use of hot stones, cups and aromatherapy, however, if you would like a full body hot stone massage, please specify at time of booking or at least a day before.

I believe that ALL bodies deserve massage, therefore, I am willing to work with you on a payment that fits your budget, so please ask about sliding scale pricing if needed.
